Alt+Enter is your friend here. Pop CS:GO into windowed mode with that shortcut, drag it over to the other monitor, and hit Alt+Enter again to go back to fullscreen. Works like a charm.

Just drag it? Literally, set the game to windowed mode and drag the window to your desired screen. Then, max it out to fullscreen.

Super easy fix! Just go to the settings in CS:GO, then Video Settings, and you'll find an option to select your monitor. Choose the one you want CS:GO to display on. If that doesn't work, try playing in Windowed Mode and just drag the window to the monitor you want. Once there, you can switch back to Fullscreen!

Nah, just play it on your main monitor. Why bother?
