Totally doable! Just open the console with the '~' key and type 'net_graphpos' followed by a number. 1 is for the bottom right, 2 is for the bottom center, and 3 is for the bottom left of your screen. So, if you want it smack in the middle, 'net_graphpos 2' is your magic spell.
