Honestly, muting players is sometimes the best way to enjoy CS:GO. Too much trash talk sometimes. Just find their name on the scoreboard, right-click, and mute. Keeps the vibe positive.

To mute players in CS:GO, all you gotta do is press Tab to bring up the scoreboard, right-click to enable the mouse cursor, then click on the player's name you want to silence and choose 'Block Communication'. Bam, peace and quiet!
