Easy peasy! Just hit 'ESC' to bring up the menu, then go to the 'Audio' tab. Look for 'Enable Voice' and set it to 'No.' This mutes everyone, but if you're looking to only silence your team, press 'tab' to bring up the scoreboard, right-click to enable the mouse, then click on the speaker icon next to the teammates you wanna mute. Silence is golden!

Just mute em all. Open console, type 'voice_enable 0' and hit enter. Boom, silence. Sweet, sweet silence.

Honestly, muting your team isn't always the best move. Sure, some players can be toxic, but communication is key in CS:GO. Maybe try addressing the issue first before going for the mute button.
