Setting up a 1v1 in CS:GO is pretty straightforward. First, you gotta have a friend you wanna challenge (obviously). Then, one of you needs to create a private server. You can do this by launching CS:GO, opening the console with '~', and typing 'map de_dust2' (or any map you both like) followed by 'game_mode 2' and 'game_type 0'. After the map loads, invite your friend through the Steam overlay. Once they join, type 'mp_warmuptime 9999' to give yourselves endless time to fight. Lastly, type 'mp_restartgame 1' to start the duel!
