Unfortunately, you can't open CS:GO cases without keys. The whole point of those cases is to get you to either earn or buy keys. Think of it as the lock and key system; without the key, the lock (case) won't open. But hey, there's always a silver lining - opening cases is like a mini lottery, so when you do get that key, the anticipation is half the fun!

Not happening, sadly. Cases and keys are a duo. It's like asking to play the game without downloading it - a no-go. But, keep an eye out for special events or promotions within the game, sometimes they give away keys or make it easier to obtain them!
