Easy peasy! To get CS:GO running in fullscreen on your Mac, right-click on the game in your Steam library, select 'Properties,' then 'Set Launch Options.' In there, type '-fullscreen' and hit 'OK.' Launch the game, and you should see it in all its fullscreen glory!

Been there, done that. Simple fix: go to your game settings in CS:GO, look for 'Video Settings,' and make sure 'Display Mode' is set to 'Fullscreen.' No need for launch options if you prefer menu navigation.
