Oh, wanting to dive into the depths of CS:GO with the dev console? Piece of cake! First things first, you gotta enable it through the game settings. Jump into CS:GO, hit up 'Settings', then go to 'Game Settings', and look for the option that says 'Enable Developer Console’. Make sure you set it to 'Yes'. Now that it's enabled, all you have to do is press the tilde key (~), usually found right under the escape key on your keyboard, during gameplay or in the main menu. I remember the first time I opened the dev console; felt like a hacker. You gotta enable it first in the game settings. If for some reason the tilde key (~) doesn't work for you (happens on different keyboard layouts), try checking your key bindings in the settings. You might need to assign it to a different key.
