Had to use 'mp_pause_match' during a league game once 'cause one of our guys got disconnected. Works like a charm, but make sure you're the admin or got permission, or else it's a no-go.

lol no, you guys, you can't just pause a match in the middle of a public game. Imagine the chaos if everyone could do that. Admin rights or not, this is why we can't have nice things in matchmaking.
