Super easy! Open your console (`~` key) and type this: `bind "v" "+jump; -attack"` - but hey, replace `v` with whatever key you like. This makes your character jump and throw a grenade at the same time when you press that key. Remember to hold down the mouse button to pull the pin before pressing your bind key!
