Playing stretched CS:GO on an AMD graphics card is pretty straightforward. First, right-click on your desktop and open AMD Radeon Settings. Then navigate to Display and make sure GPU Scaling is turned ON. After that, under the Scaling Mode option, choose 'Full Panel.' Finally, adjust your CS:GO game settings to the desired resolution, and you should see the game stretched to fit your entire screen. Remember, playing stretched might change how you perceive player models, making them appear wider but can also affect your aim.

I've been using AMD for years to play CS:GO stretched. Once you switch to 'Full Panel' under Scaling Mode, it's like a whole new game. Makes enemies easier to hit for me, but took a bit to get used to the aim difference. Worth trying!
