Super easy! Just open the console in CS:GO (you might need to enable it first in the game settings) and type 'cl_righthand 0'. This switches your weapon to the left hand. Wanna switch back? Just type 'cl_righthand 1'. Hope this helps!

Just a heads up, not every server allows you to open the console. So, if 'cl_righthand 0' doesn't work for you, check your server settings or permissions. Good luck changing views!
