They don't make it obvious, right? Gear icon, 'Promo Code', type, and enjoy your loot. That's the treasure hunt.

To redeem a promo code in Subway Surfers, you just gotta tap on the settings icon (it looks like a gear) on the top right corner of the screen when you're in the game. Then, you'll see a button that says 'Promo Code'. Click on that, enter your code, and bam! You've got your goodies.
