Quick tip: If you wanna share gameplay or make a frag movie, just use OBS or any other screen recording software. It's way easier to manage and edit the footage afterwards compared to using the in-game console method.

Recording in CS:GO's super easy! Just open the console (enable it first in game settings if you haven't) and type 'record [filename]', but replace [filename] with whatever you want to name your video. When you're done, type 'stop' in the console to end the recording. You can find your video files in the 'csgo' folder inside your Steam directory. Happy recording!
