How to refund CS:GO Prime

Refunding CS:GO Prime status depends on where you bought it. If you got it directly in-game through Steam, you can request a refund via Steam Support as long as it's within 14 days of purchase and you've played the game for less than 2 hours. Just go to 'Help' > 'Steam Support' > 'Purchases', find your CS:GO Prime purchase, and click 'I would like a refund'.

I tried refunding my Prime status because I thought it wouldn't be worth it, but missed the time limit. Ended up sticking with it and, honestly, best decision ever. The matchmaking is cleaner, and you get cool drops. Just an FYI if you're on the fence about keeping it.

No can do if it's been more than two weeks or if you've played for over two hours. Steam's policy is pretty strict about that.
QuickAnswer
Short and sweet: You can't refund CS:GO Prime if you've gone past the 2 hour playtime or 14 days since purchase. So, check your playtime and hurry if you're close to the limit!
