Honestly, I never unbind keys. I just overwrite them with a new bind when I feel like changing things up. Works like a charm and saves time!

To unbind a key in CS:GO, just open the console (press `tilde` key), and type 'unbind' followed by the key you want to unbind. For example, if you want to unbind the 'F' key, you would type 'unbind f' into the console. Hit enter, and voila! The key is no longer bound! Remember, you can always rebind a key by using the 'bind' command in the console. Just type 'bind', then the key, and then the action you want it to perform.
