Just play in your monitor's native resolution, lol. No black bars to deal with then.

To ditch those pesky black bars in CSGO, dive into your graphic card's control panel. For NVIDIA, go to the NVIDIA Control Panel > Adjust desktop size and position > select 'Full-screen' under scaling. AMD users, head over to Radeon Settings > Display > GPU Scaling to ‘On’ and Scaling Mode to ‘Full Panel’. Remember, this might stretch your game, but it'll definitely get rid of the black bars. Happy gaming!

Had this same issue, switched to fullscreen and tweaked my monitor settings. Literally vanished. Also, adjusting the game's aspect ratio helped big time. Don't forget to check your graphic card settings too!
