Just don't fall, easy! But seriously, use 'sv_gravity' and play around with the settings. Lower numbers = lower gravity.

Oh, the bane of high places in CS:GO! To wave goodbye to fall damage, you’ll want to use the console command 'sv_gravity'. First, make sure to enable the console in the game settings. Once that’s done, hit the tilde key (~) to open the console during a game, and type 'sv_gravity' followed by a lower number than the default (which is 800). Try 'sv_gravity 200' for starters; it'll feel like you're walking on the moon! Just remember, this trick only works in private servers or games where you have admin rights.

Honestly, why remove it? Fall damage is part of the challenge. Makes you think twice before jumping off that ledge in Mirage.
