To get rid of workshop maps in CS:GO, you gotta open Steam, head to the 'Library' section, right-click on CS:GO, and select 'Properties'. Next, click on the 'Local Files' tab and then 'Browse Local Files'. Find the 'csgo' folder, then 'maps', and delete any workshop map files you no longer want. They usually have 'workshop' in the filename. After that, you’re all set, and those maps should be gone from your game.

Just delete the files from the maps folder, lol. It's not rocket science. If you downloaded it, you can delete it.

Had to do this last month because my CS:GO was overflowing with workshop maps. Went into the Steam library, found CS:GO in my games list, and managed to navigate to the maps folder like an internet explorer! Deleted a bunch of files and poof, my game's as clean as a professional team's win record.
