Easy! Just open your console in-game and type 'exec config.cfg' or 'exec autoexec.cfg' if you've got a custom config. This resets all settings to the default ones. Just remember that this will wipe any custom settings you've set up, so you might want to back those up first.

If you need a full reset, typing 'exec config.cfg' in the console is your go-to. But honestly, sometimes double-checking your changes is better than resetting everything. Saves the hassle of reconfiguring stuff you didn't mean to reset.
