Super simple! Just delete your current config file (usually located in the Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg folder) and launch the game. CS:GO will automatically create a new, default config file for you. Remember to backup any custom settings you might wanna keep!

Nah, you don't need to reset. Just tweak what's bothering you. Why start over?

Just type 'exec config_default' in the console. It restores settings to default without deleting anything. Easy peasy.

Honestly, just reinstall the game if you're completely lost. It's the nuclear option, sure, but it'll definitely reset everything back to square one.
