Restarting a CS:GO server is pretty straightforward if you've got access to the server console. Just type 'rcon_password yourpassword' (replace 'yourpassword' with your actual rcon password) to gain remote control access. Then, simply type 'rcon restart' to restart the server. This should do the trick and give everyone a fresh start!

Just pull the plug lol. But seriously, don't do that. Use the rcon commands properly like the first answer says.

If you're in the game and have the right admin privileges, you can just hit up your console (`~` key) and type 'sv_restart 1'. This command will restart the game after 1 second. Make sure you let everyone know before you do it, so you don't catch your team by surprise!
