Saving your config in CS:GO is simple! Open up the console (`~` key), and type `host_writeconfig <name of your config>`. This will save your current settings into a file with the name you choose, and you can find it in your CS:GO directory, usually under `...\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg`. Remember to replace `<name of your config>` with whatever you want to name your file!
