Saving your CS:GO crosshair is pretty straightforward. Just open the console in-game using the tilde key (~), and type 'cl_crosshaircode' where 'crosshaircode' is your crosshair code. This displays a specific code for your current crosshair settings. Copy that code. Then, you can create an autoexec.cfg file in your CS:GO directory (if you don't have one already), paste your crosshair code into that file, and save it. Every time you start CS:GO, it'll load your crosshair settings from this file.

Just use the in-game settings, adjust your crosshair to how you like it, and it should save automatically. No need to mess around with console commands or files unless you're doing something super specific.

Honestly, you're overthinking it. CS:GO is smart enough to remember your settings. Adjust it from the menu, and you're set. If it keeps resetting, check your game files integrity through Steam. Sometimes the simplest solution is the right one.
