How to Save CSGO Video Settings
Best answer
TechGuruDave
To save your CSGO video settings, simply adjust them to your liking in the game's options menu and select 'Apply'. The game automatically saves these settings for your next session. If you're worried about losing them, you can also create an autoexec.cfg file in your CS:GO directory, where you can write down your desired settings as commands. This way, every time you start the game, these settings will be applied automatically.

Nah, just hitting apply has always worked for me. No need to overcomplicate stuff.

Honestly, never had to worry about it. CS:GO saves your settings once you hit apply. If you're switching PCs a lot, maybe look into the autoexec.cfg thing, but otherwise, you should be golden.

Just hit 'Apply' after you set them how you like in the video settings menu, bro. It auto-saves. Ezpz.
