How to save your CS:GO config
Best answer

Saving your CS:GO config is easier than figuring out smoke throws on Mirage! Just navigate to your CS:GO installation directory, usually under 'Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg'. Here, look for a file named 'config.cfg' or 'autoexec.cfg'. If you're creating an autoexec file, you can save all your custom settings here. Remember to add 'exec autoexec.cfg' in your config.cfg to ensure it loads your settings every game. Happy gaming!

Just copy your current config.cfg file and keep it safe somewhere. If something goes wrong, paste it back in. Easy peasy.

Saved my config and it's a game changer. No more adjusting settings every time I play on a different PC. Just a quick copy-paste and I'm good to go.

I wouldn't bother saving configs. Just learn to play default like a real pro. Configs are overrated.
