Super easy! Just type 'developer 1' into the console to enable developer mode. Then, use 'con_filter_enable 2' and 'con_filter_text_out "Player:"' to filter out unnecessary info. Finally, 'con_filter_text "damage"' will show only damage info in the console after you die. Remember, you gotta do this every time you start the game unless you make a cfg file.

I always check my damage in the console right after I get taken out. Helps me figure out how close I was to getting a kill and adjust my strategy for the next round.
