Oh, that's easy peasy! Just open up the console in-game (you might need to enable it first from the game settings) and type in 'cl_showfps 1'. Boom, you'll see your FPS count right on your screen. If you ever want to hide it again, just type 'cl_showfps 0'.

Honestly, just download a third-party app. I use one and it shows me all the stats, not just FPS.

You can also use Steam's built-in FPS counter for a super simple solution. Just go to Steam settings > In-Game and check the 'In-game FPS counter'. You can choose where it appears on your screen too.

Net_graph 1 is the way to go. Gives you more than just FPS, like ping and packet loss. Useful if you're really into tweaking your performance.
