Easy peasy! Just open your CS:GO console (you might need to enable it first in the game settings) and type 'net_graph 1'. This command will display a bunch of real-time stats on your screen, including your current packet loss, ping, and FPS. If the numbers are a bit overwhelming, 'net_graph 0' will hide them again.
