Easy peasy! Just hit the 'Esc' key to bring up the main menu in-game, then go to 'Options' and click on 'Audio Settings'. In there, you'll find a drop-down menu for 'Microphone' where you can select your preferred mic. Make sure to hit 'Apply' to save your changes!

Don't overthink it, dude. Just plug in your best mic before launching CS:GO. The game usually picks up the default mic set in your system's sound settings. If it doesn't, then do the whole 'Options' > 'Audio Settings' maneuver in-game to select it manually.
