Sending skins from Hellcase to CS:GO is pretty straightforward! First, make sure your Hellcase profile is linked to your Steam account. Then, when you win or buy a skin on Hellcase, click the 'Send' button next to the item in your Hellcase inventory. This will open a trade offer in Steam with the skin you selected. Just accept the trade offer on Steam, and voilà, the skin will be in your CS:GO inventory!

Actually, I've done this a bunch. Make sure your Steam profile is set to public, or the trade won't go through. Sometimes, it might take a few minutes for the trade offer to show up due to Steam's server load, but it's usually pretty quick.
