Just put '-refresh 144' in the launch options for CS:GO. If your screen starts looking weird, it might be because your monitor can't handle 144Hz or it's not set to 144Hz in your computer's display settings. Check those first!

To make CS:GO run at 144Hz, first, make sure your monitor supports this refresh rate. Then, go into the display settings of your PC (Windows Display Settings for Windows, System Preferences for macOS) and set your monitor to 144Hz. After that, right-click on CS:GO in your Steam Library, go to 'Properties', then 'Set Launch Options', and type in '-refresh 144'. Boom, now you're gaming smoother than ever!

All these steps are great, but honestly, if you've got a good setup, just setting '-refresh 144' in CS:GO's launch options does the trick 90% of the time. Make sure your hardware is up to par, though!
