Literally just go to Task Manager, find CS:GO in the 'Details' tab, and set it to high priority. Boom, done.

Setting CS:GO to high priority is super easy and can give you a little performance boost. Just hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager, go to the 'Details' tab, find csgo.exe, right click on it, choose 'Set priority,' and then select 'High.' Remember to do this each time you launch the game since it resets on close.

Doing this might help with performance, but honestly, if your PC is decent, you won't notice a huge difference. Still, it doesn't hurt to try and see if it helps especially during those intense clutch moments.
