Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! To bind your jump to the scroll wheel in CS:GO, you just gotta open the console (enable it first in the game settings if you haven't) and type these commands: bind "mwheelup" "+jump" and bind "mwheeldown" "+jump". Boom, now scrolling up or down will make you jump!

Y'all are overcomplicating it. Just go to your settings and change the keybinds. No need to mess with the console commands tbh.

Honestly, just bind one direction to jump. I only use 'bind "mwheelup" "+jump"' because using both directions feels overkill and messes up weapon switching.
