Setting up a practice map in CS:GO is super easy and super useful for getting better. First things first, you gotta choose a map. You can find loads of practice maps in the Steam Workshop. Just subscribe to one you like. Then, launch CS:GO, click on 'Play' > 'Offline with Bots' and select the Workshop tab. Find your map, select it, and voila, you're in! Remember to set the bot difficulty to something you're comfy with or remove them altogether if you wanna focus on nade throws or map exploration.

Honestly, most practice maps are overkill. Just play the game and learn as you go. That's the real way to get better.
