Just type 'net_graph 1' in the console. It gives you more than just FPS, like ping and packet loss. It's like the Swiss Army knife for in-game stats.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just open up your game, hit that `~` key to bring down the console, and type in 'cl_showfps 1'. Voila! Your FPS will start showing up. Wanna turn it off? Just switch that 1 to a 0. Happy gaming!

Been using 'cl_showfps 1' for years. It's simple and does the trick. Makes it easy to brag about those high FPS counts or troubleshoot when things get choppy.

Nah, don't clutter your screen with numbers. Just feel the game, you'll know when it's smooth or laggy.
