Actually, 'r_drawothermodels 2' makes models fully visible through walls, which might be more than you asked for. If you just want outlines, there's no built-in command for that specific view in demos. Most folks use 'r_drawothermodels 2' for a similar effect, but keep in mind it shows a lot more.

Easy peasy! To show player outlines in a CS:GO demo, you gotta use the console command 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats (it's cool, everyone does it for demos). After that, type 'r_drawothermodels 2' to get those sweet outlines. Just make sure you're in a demo or a private server where you can use cheats, or else it's a no-go!
