To summon the Eye of Cthulhu in Terraria, you need to gather 6 Lenses from defeated Demon Eyes at night and bring them to a Demon/Crimson Altar to craft a Suspicious Looking Eye. Once you've crafted it, use the item at night (preferably before midnight to have enough time to defeat it), and the Eye of Cthulhu will spawn. Make sure you're prepared with decent gear, because it's gonna be a tough fight!

Just craft a Suspicious Looking Eye with 6 Lenses at a Demon/Crimson Altar and use it at night. Ez pz.

Honestly, just wait, the Eye of Cthulhu might spawn naturally if you have over 200 health and at least 10 defense. Happened to me when I least expected it. Makes for a good surprise test of your base's defenses!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
