Easy peasy! First, make sure CS:GO is running in fullscreen mode. Then, open OBS and go to 'Sources' > 'Game Capture.' Select 'Create new' and name it whatever you like, maybe 'CS:GO Fullscreen Madness?' Next, choose 'Capture specific window' and select 'Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.' Finally, make sure 'Capture third-party overlays' is checked if you use any. Hit okay, and boom, you're streaming CS:GO in all its fullscreen glory!
