How to Switch Teams in CS:GO

Been playing CS:GO for years and lemme tell ya, switching teams is a no-go in ranked matches. But for a more laid-back vibe in casual or deathmatch modes, just smack that M key and choose your side. Beware, if the teams are uneven, the game's gonna say 'nah'.

Switching teams in CS:GO during a match isn't something you can do in competitive mode cuz it's locked to keep things fair. But in casual modes, you can hit the M key during a match to bring up the team selection menu. From there, just click on the team you wanna switch to. Remember though, the game tries to keep teams balanced so it might not let you switch if it's gonna make things too lopsided.
