Honestly, just check your account details in the game. If your account has reached Level 21 or if you've bought anything from the CS:GO store (including Prime Status), you're Prime. Simple as that.

Easy peasy! Just launch CS:GO and look at the main menu. There’s a green coin with 'PRIME ENABLED' on the left side of the screen if you're Prime. If ya don’t see it, sorry bud, you're in the non-prime zone.

Nah, it's not about levels or purchases. If you feel your matchmaking games are more competitive and less filled with bots and cheaters, you're probably Prime. That's the real Prime experience.
