The best way to test any knife in CS:GO without buying them is to use the console commands in an offline game with bots. First, you need to enable the developer console from the game settings. Once that's done, start a game, open the console, and type 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats. After that, you can use the command 'give weapon_knife_<knife name>' and 'mp_drop_knife_enable 1' to drop your current knife and pick up the new one.
