Easy peasy! Just open your console by pressing the tilde (~) key, then type in 'cl_righthand 0' to switch to left-hand view. Want to switch back? Type 'cl_righthand 1'. You can also bind this command to a key for quick toggling. For example, typing 'bind x cl_righthand 0' in the console will switch to left hand whenever you press X!

Just use 'cl_righthand 0' in the console to go left-handed. Switch it back with 'cl_righthand 1'. Honestly, I switched to left-hand view and never went back. Feels like it clears up the screen and I play better!
