Just use the Steam desktop app. It's easier to navigate than the website. Make sure you're friends on there, then just drag and drop items to trade.

Trading in CS:GO is pretty straightforward! First, both you and your friend need to have a Steam account and be friends on Steam. Then, open your Steam Inventory, find the item you want to trade, click on 'Trade Offers,' and then 'New Trade Offer.' Select your friend from the friend list, choose the items you both want to trade, hit 'Make Offer,' and voila! You might need to have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 15 days before you can trade, so keep that in mind!
