Oh, looking for a less gory CS:GO experience, huh? No worries, you can totally do that. Just hit up the console in the game (you might need to enable it in the game settings first) and type in 'r_drawparticles 0'. This command kinda makes blood disappear along with other particles. If you just wanna get rid of the blood, 'violence_hblood 0' is the magic phrase. Remember, turning off blood doesn't affect gameplay, it just makes it less graphic!

Honestly, why would you wanna turn off the blood in CS:GO? It's not that graphic and it kinda takes away from the realism. But hey, to each their own, right? Just type 'violence_hblood 0' into the console if you must.
