Easiest way to disable bullet impacts is through the console. Just open it up (enable it in settings if you haven't) and type "r_drawtracers_firstperson 0" for no tracers and "violence_hblood 0" to remove blood. Remember, these changes might not work in all servers, especially if they're competitive ones!

Honestly, just play the game as it is. Disabling bullet impacts kinda takes away from the realism and experience CS:GO offers. Plus, it's not something most servers or competitive play will allow anyway.

I turned off bullet impacts once thinking it would help me focus better, but honestly, didn't notice much of a difference gameplay-wise. It's all about practice and getting better with those headshots!
