nope, u cant just turn off collision in a regular match. thats not how cs:go works. kinda breaks the game, don't ya think?

I tried turning off collision once in a match thinking it would give me an edge... let's just say it didn't end well. But yeah, `mp_solid_teammates 0` is the command for private servers. Just don't expect to use it in your competitive grind!
