Turning off voice chat in CS:GO is pretty easy! Just open the game, hit the tilde key (~) to open the console (you might need to enable it in the game settings first). Then, type 'voice_enable 0' and hit enter. Voila, no more voice chat. If you wanna turn it back on, just type 'voice_enable 1'.

Honestly, just mute everyone individually. It's the only way to make sure you're not missing calls from that one useful teammate. Press tab to open the scoreboard, right-click to enable mouse, and then click the speaker icon next to players' names to mute them.
