Nope, can't turn it off. It's permanent. Makes the game too easy IMO.

In my experience, even though you can't turn off EXP Share, it actually helps a lot when you're trying to level up weaker Pokemon. It's a time-saver, and you can still enjoy the challenge by limiting the number of Pokemon in your party or setting personal handicaps!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't turn off EXP Share in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The game's designed so that all your party Pokemon gain experience points together. It's a bummer if you liked the grind, but on the bright side, it makes leveling up your whole team a lot easier!
