Oh, aiming to make your CS:GO matches a bit friendlier, eh? To turn off friendly fire, you'll need to have access to the server commands. If you're the server admin or in a private match, simply open up the console with the tilde key (~) and input 'mp_friendlyfire 0'. This command will turn off friendly fire, ensuring no more accidental (or not so accidental) team kills during your game. Remember, this only works if you have the right permissions on the server!

mp_friendlyfire 0. That's it. Short and sweet.

As someone who's accidentally become the team villain more times than I can count (oops!), turning off friendly fire has been a game-changer. Just pop open the console with ~ and type 'mp_friendlyfire 0'. But heads up, you'll need to do this every time you start a new server unless you add it to your server config to auto-execute.
